Mail reaches Piero Nanni directly. Bug reports about a specific tool are the most useful thing you can send.
There is no contact form, because a form on a static site means handing your message to a third-party service. Mail is simpler and keeps the promise made on the privacy page.
Reporting a problem with a tool
Because processing happens in your browser, a bug usually depends on your file and your browser rather than on a server. Including the following turns a report into something fixable:
- the tool page you were on;
- your browser and version, and whether it is phone or desktop;
- the source format and roughly the pixel dimensions and file size;
- what you expected versus what you got;
- any error shown in the browser console.
Please do not attach the image itself unless you are happy to share it — a description of it is usually enough.
Requesting a tool
Tool requests are welcome and shape what gets built next. The constraint worth knowing: a tool has to be possible entirely in the browser to fit here. Anything that needs a trained model or a server round trip does not, and will be turned down rather than half-built.
